How to hide the running jobs( submitted ones) from the wrksbmjob command??

SBMJOB CMD(DSPLIBL) JOB(TESTJOB) DSPSBMJOB(*NO)
When the job is submitted by Specifying the parameter Allow display by WRKSBMJOB (*NO), then the user cannot see the submitted job by using the command WRKSBMJOB, but they can still see that the job is running by using the command Work with Active Jobs (WRKACTJOB) and Work with Subsystem Jobs (WRKSBSJOB).
