How will you add the library to the system part of the library list?

There are four parts in the library list..
1. System Part
2. Program or Product part
3. Current Library
4. User Part
We can add the library to user part by the command - ADDLIBLE
We can change the current library by the command - CHGCURLIB
We can add the library to System part by the command - CHGSYSLIBL
