can one job's LDA be accessed by another job?

one's job LDA cannot be accessed by another job.
LDA - 1024 Bytes of character Data
Referenced As * LDA
SBMJOB passes to Batch Job
Created and Deleted by System - the programmer cannot create
and delete LDA.

LDA CAN BE ACCESSED BY ANOTHER JOB....BUT WE CANT USE DAT SAME LENGTH
