CPYSPLF to Flat file
Hi,
I need to copy a spool file to flat file. Say for example, I am doing FNDSTRPDM. This give result in spool file. I want to move the program names in the spool file to a flat file for some other purpose. I did this in PMS server, it was fine. But if I do the same in some other server I am getting DBCS error like below.
Message ID . . . . . . : CPF3311 Severity . . . . . . . : 40
Message type . . . . . : Escape
Date sent . . . . . . : 12/01/09 Time sent . . . . . . : 09:32:42
Message . . . . : Copy request failed for file TEST in QTEMP.
Cause . . . . . : The file TEST in library QTEMP specified in the TOFILE
parameter must be a double-byte character set (DBCS) file.
Recovery . . . : Change the TOFILE parameter, and try the command again
Please advice me to overcome this issue.
