How do you know that how many read, write, update & delete operations have been performed on the file?

From DSPFDF FileName under the below we come to know
Write operations . . . . . . . . . . . : nn
Update operations . . . . . . . . . . . : nn
Delete operations . . . . . . . . . . . : nn
But I don't know no. of reads. If anybody knows this pls update.
