CHGPF command to alter the TEXT and COLHDG values on two fields of a physical file
At first I am confused with the question itself. Because I believe CHGPF is used to change the attrributes of PF like member size, initial no. of records etc., So this is not used to change or alter the TEXT and COLHDG for fields.

When input or output buffer is changed ( in otherwords when you add / remove /change the file fields including indicatords, the record format id will get changed.

Keywords like COLHDG, TEXT... will not change the file buffer so record format it will not change.
