upgrade v5.4.0 to v5.4.5 Empty upgrade v5.4.0 to v5.4.5

Hi,
    Currently our system is running at v5.4.0 but we need to upgrade it to v5.4.5 due to a requirement in connecting an emc storage. Do I need to order the new OS or just a ptf in this case is needed. Thanks in advance for the help....Very Happy
