We can use anyone of the following command to see the last IPL Date & Time

1.By the command DSPJOB JOB(SCPF),
2.Call the command QWCCRTEC,
3.DSPLOG PERIOD((*AVAIL *BEGIN)) MSGID(CPI0C04).
