PASS BY VALUE and PASS BY READ ONLY REFERENCE
Pass by value and pass by read only reference. Which one is better considering performance? Why?

Pass by value and pass by read only ref
pass by value is good as it passes the value of the filed, in Read by reference address is passed not the changed values. So pass by value has the updated value and other has only the address which required sign off and on to get the value updated.
