FTP w/CL-Command Transfer from PF

I need to copy a PF containing FTP commands in QCLSRC after the PF has been updated with correct file name.
When I CPY using *CVTSRC, it adds SEQ# field, which causes the FTP Input file to not issue the commands correctly.
How can I copy a PF into QCLSRC without adding the additional fields? (Only want original PF fields copied to QCLSRC).
